Watermelon 1/4 fruit (cut into bite-sized pieces and remove seeds) Egg whites 2 pieces Water 2 tablespoons Flour 6 tablespoons Cornstarch 2 teaspoons Salt a little Dry flour a little (to coat the watermelon)

How to choose fresh and delicious watermelon

  • Red, sweet watermelons are usually those that are mature with small, withered stems, firm and shiny skin, with clear black stripes or brown spots on the body of the watermelon.
  • You should choose the watermelons with a yellow or cream-colored bottom skin. Additionally, pay attention to whether the bottom is dented, as the more dented it is, the sweeter the watermelon will be.
  • If you feel the weight of the watermelon is heavier than its appearance, and when you knock it, it makes a “thump thump” sound, then it will definitely be a juicy watermelon.
  • Avoid buying watermelons that are soft, with fresh green stems, or those that feel lighter than their outward appearance.

  • Mix the batter

    First, mix the cornstarch with egg whites and salt evenly. Gradually add water until the mixture becomes thick.
