  • Blanch the Lychee

    Place a pot of water on the stove, wait for the water to boil, then add the lychee and blanch for 3 minutes. After that, remove and drain.

Turn the bag inside out and wrap it with another layer of bag. Finally, place the small bags of lychee into a larger bag, tie it tightly, and store it in a dry, cool place.
