Prepare the ingredients
Clean the chicken wings, eliminate the odor by washing them with the juice of 1 lemon, then rinse 2 – 3 times with clean water, drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Place a pot or a deep pan on the stove, add 100ml of cooking oil, and heat the oil over medium heat.
While waiting for the oil to heat up, dip the marinated chicken into unsweetened milk, then roll it in a thin layer of tapioca flour. Pour the prepared sauce mixture into another pan and bring it to a boil over high heat. When the sauce boils, taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Prepare a mixture of: 1 tablespoon of water, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in water, and add it to the pan with the sauce, stirring well before returning to the heat to thicken the sauce.
As you add the cornstarch mixture, stir for about 3 – 5 minutes, then add all the fried chicken wings, stir quickly for another 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
