  • Drying the rice

    Put the cold rice into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt and enough water to cover the rice, gently massage the rice with your hands to separate the grains, then rinse with clean water and drain.

  • Frying rice

    Put a pan on the stove and turn on medium heat, add 10 spoons of cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat, then reduce the heat, add each ladle of rice to fry, when the rice grains float and turn slightly yellow, remove them to drain the oil.
