Shaping the Spiral Sausage
Use a skewer to pierce through the middle vertically of the sausage.
Use a knife to cut diagonally from the top to the bottom of the sausage in a spiral manner. The thickness of each sausage segment should be about 0.5 cm.
Use your hands to gently pull apart each segment of the sausage to create a spiral shape.

Mixing the Sausage Breading
Crack an egg into a bowl and beat it well. Place the crispy batter and breadcrumbs each into a large plate.
Dip the sausage into the crispy batter, ensuring an even coating.
Then continue to roll the sausage in the egg bowl, you can use a brush to apply the egg for ease.
Next, dip the sausage into the breadcrumbs.
Tip: If you want it to be crunchier, you can repeat the process once more, dipping back into the crispy batter, followed by the egg, and then into the breadcrumbs. -
Fry the sausages
Heat a pan of oil. When the oil is hot, add the sausages and fry until the outer layer is crispy and golden brown, then remove and let drain.
Note: You don’t need to fry them too long because sausages cook quickly; just pay attention to the outer layer. -
