Prepare the ingredients
Wash and prepare the ingredients as follows:
- Kimchi mushrooms: cut into pieces about 2cm long.
- Chicken leg mushrooms, carrots: cut into dice.
- Coriander: chop finely.
- Garlic: peel and mince.
- Chili: chop finely.

Making dipping sauce
First, add 20ml of fish sauce, 60ml of lemon juice, 65gr of sugar, and 30ml of chili sauce into a large bowl and stir well to dissolve the sugar. Then, add garlic and chili, and mix well.

Making cake batter
First, you mix 250gr of flour, 1 chicken egg, 160ml of water, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning powder, and 1/3 tablespoon of pepper using a whisk for about 2 minutes.
Next, add all the kim chi mushrooms, chicken thigh mushrooms, carrots, and coriander (prepared in the previous step) along with 200gr of minced pork, and mix well.

Fry the cake
Place a pan with oil on the stove, wait for the oil to heat up, then use a ladle to scoop the batter into the frying oil. Use chopsticks to push the batter into the oil while gently pressing the batter down to form a round shape with suitable thickness so that the cake cooks inside.
Use chopsticks to flip the cake until both sides are the desired golden crispy color, then remove to drain the oil.
