How to make American-style Grilled Ribs

Prepare the ingredients
– Peel and chop the onion into small cubes.
– Peel the garlic, crush it, and chop it finely; peel and chop the ginger.
– Wash the ribs and let them drain.
– Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into cubes as desired.

Make the beef rib marinade
– You put the pan on the stove, add oil, wait for the oil to heat up, then add the onion and sauté on medium heat for about 1 minute, then add garlic and ginger to sauté together.
– You continue to add 5 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of water, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
– You stir well, then add 2 tablespoons of wine, bring to a boil, and cook for another 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Marinate the beef ribs
You take the ribs and place them on aluminum foil on the baking tray, then pour the marinade over the ribs, using gloves to rub thoroughly on both sides to soak in, then wrap the ribs in the foil and marinate in the fridge for 3 hours.

Grill the beef ribs and potatoes
– You preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius, then place the tray of marinated ribs wrapped in foil into the oven and grill for 90 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
– When finished grilling, you open the foil on top, brush another layer of marinade on the ribs, place a small broken rosemary sprig on the ribs, put them back in the oven, remove the ribs from the foil, and grill for a second time at 230 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
– You place the potatoes on the foil, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and a small broken rosemary sprig, mix well. Then put them in the oven and grill for 15 minutes at 230 degrees Celsius.
