How to make Mint Chocolate Cake

Make the cake base
The unsalted butter is melted at room temperature. Crush the Oreo cookies, then pour the butter in and mix, then spread evenly in the mold. Freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up the cake base.

Whipping Cream
Use a hand mixer to whip the cream cheese at a low speed for about 1 – 2 minutes until the cream is smooth and fluffy. Then add 70gr of yogurt, 40gr of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and mix well.

Mixing Chocolate Mint Mixture
Steam 100gr of white chocolate for 4 – 5 minutes until melted.
Add the melted chocolate, 3 sheets of gelatin that has been soaked, 1 teaspoon of peppermint oil, and 1 teaspoon of food coloring and mix well.
Finally, add the chocolate chips to the mint mixture and stir well.

Pouring into Molds
Pour the entire cake mixture into the mold and let it set for about 1 hour.

Decoration
Heat 250g of fresh cream to 80 degrees, then pour in 200g of dark chocolate and mix the mixture well, then let it cool.
After 1 hour, take the cake out and pour the chocolate on top, let it set for another hour. Cut into small pieces to enjoy.
