Prepare other ingredients
Take 2 green onion stalks, wash them thoroughly, and use a knife to cut along the top of the onion into thin, beautiful slices.
For the remaining 5 stalks of green onion, cut off 2/3 of the green tops, keeping only 1/3 of the length of the green onion attached to the stem, then use a knife to shred the green onion leaves, soaking them in cold water to create beautiful curled leaves.
