Cheese 2 pieces Unsweetened fresh milk 120 ml Whipping cream 30 ml Gelatin 1 sheet

What is Gelatin?

Gelatin is an ingredient extracted from collagen – which exists in the bones and skin of animals (for example, pig skin). It undergoes a thorough processing of animal skins from cleaning the raw materials to cooking them to create gelatin used in the food industry.

How to Make Cheese Pudding

  • Soak Gelatin

    First, put the gelatin in a bowl with a little cold water and soak it for about 15 minutes.

    Then, squeeze the excess water from the gelatin sheet and steam it to dissolve.

    Tip: You can melt the gelatin in the microwave for about 15 seconds to save time.

  • Mix the cheese milk mixture

    Put 120ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 30ml of whipping cream, 2 pieces of mashed cheese, and melted gelatin into a new bowl and stir well until the mixture is smooth.

  • Strain the milk mixture

    Next, strain the mixture through a sieve, using a spoon to press the unmelted cheese until it is smooth and fully incorporated into the mixture.

    Pour the fresh milk mixture into a glass jar, then place it in the refrigerator for 1 – 2 hours for the cake to set.
