Mash bananas
Peel the bananas, place them in a bowl, and use a fork to mash them.

Mix the bread dough
Add 190g of oatmeal flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 8g of vanilla sugar, and 2g of cinnamon powder into a bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
In a new bowl, add 60ml of coconut oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and 2 eggs, then stir well. Next, add the dry mixture, mashed bananas, and mix evenly into the egg mixture.
Finally, add 150g of grated coconut, mix well one more time to complete.

Pour the batter into the mold, sprinkle some grated coconut on top.

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, then place the bread in to bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
