Fish 300 gr Green chili 3 pieces Minced garlic 1 tablespoon Minced onion 1 tablespoon Shrimp paste 1 teaspoon Annatto oil 2 teaspoons Color sauce 2 teaspoons Common spices a little (salt/ sugar/ monosodium glutamate/ seasoning powder/ pepper)

  • Choose fish that swim vigorously, have clear eyes, and skin without strange colors.
  • In addition, if you see fish showing unusual signs such as swelling, weak swimming, or pale color, do not choose to buy.
  • The fish meat should be firm, tightly connected, not loose, and have high elasticity.

  • Prepare the fish
