When the mixture starts to boil, add turmeric powder, cornstarch, 2 teaspoons of seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 10g of minced lemongrass, tomatoes, and 50ml of water, then mix well. When the water boils, the dipping sauce is ready.
