Whisk the egg yolks
Put 1 egg yolk and 10g of sugar (about 1 teaspoon) into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and use a whisk to mix well until the sugar completely dissolves.

Place a pot on the stove, add 30ml of unsweetened fresh milk and 10g of condensed milk, then stir well over low heat until the milk is gently simmering.
