Prepare the Ingredients
First, place 500g of razor clams in a basin, then add enough water to cover them. Next, cut 2 chili peppers and add them to the basin, soaking the clams for about 10 minutes to help them expel sand.
After soaking, rinse the clams with clean water several times and then drain.
After washing, take 1 stalk of lemongrass and slice it, and cut another stalk into finger-sized pieces and crush them gently.
