How to make Mung Bean Milk

Prepare the ingredients
– Roast the walnuts until fragrant.
– Remove the seeds from the dates and peel them.
– Soak the mung beans for about 6 hours until soft, then discard the soaking water.

Cook the milk
– Add mung beans + walnuts + dates + 1.2 liters of water into the blender and blend until smooth.
– Then pour it into the pot, add pandan leaves, and cook on medium heat until it gently boils for about 30 minutes, stirring to prevent burning, then turn off the heat.
– Strain the mixture through a sieve, taking the mung bean water + 300 ml water + 1 gram of salt + 1 spoon of raw sugar (if desired) and stir well, cook for an additional 5-10 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Pour into cups to drink hot or store in the refrigerator to drink cold, both are very delicious.
