All-purpose flour 120 gr (flour type 11) Rice flour 20 gr Ground pork 150 gr Dried wood ear mushrooms 3 pieces (ears) Dried shiitake mushrooms 3 pieces Onion 1/2 bulb (30gr) Carrot 1/4 bulb (30gr) Chicken egg 1 piece Cooking oil 1 tablespoon Green onion a little Black pepper a little (for decoration) Common spices a little (salt/ground pepper/MSG/seasoning powder)

  • Prepare the ingredients

    First, soak the dried wood ear mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms in water for about 30 minutes. Then, trim the mushroom stems, rinse thoroughly, and chop finely.

    Next, chop the onion, carrot, and green onion.
