Prepare and boil the corn
First, peel the husks off 3 ears of American corn, wash them thoroughly with water, drain, and then separate the kernels.
Add 500ml of clean water into a pot and place it on the stove to boil. Once the water is boiling, add the separated corn kernels and boil them for about 5 – 10 minutes, then scoop the corn kernels out into a bowl.

Making salted egg corn stir-fry
Place a pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and heat it up. Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat to medium, add the boiled corn kernels, and use a spatula to stir for about 2 minutes.
Next, add 50g of dried shrimp and stir continuously for about 1 minute.
Then, add 3 tablespoons of white granulated sugar, stir well until the sugar dissolves, and then add 1 tablespoon of vegetable butter, stirring until the butter melts.
Finally, add the salted egg yolks and finely chopped green onions, stir well for another 2 – 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
