  • Prepare the ingredients

    First, with 200g of napa cabbage you bought, use your hands to separate the leaves. Then, wash them directly under running water until clean, drain, and use a knife to cut them into thin strips.

    For the shallots, peel them and then chop finely. Finally, crack 1 chicken egg into a bowl with 1 teaspoon of seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper, and stir well with chopsticks.
