Prepare the ingredients
Wash the pork once with water, then massage the meat thoroughly with salt for about 3 minutes and rinse clean with water. Next, place the pork on a cutting board and cut into thin, bite-sized pieces.
Remove the old, wilted, and worm-eaten leaves from the cabbage, separate the leaves, and wash them 2 – 3 times with water, then cut into small strips about the width of one finger and let them drain.
Peel and wash the garlic, then mince it. Trim the roots and wilted leaves off the green onions, wash them clean, and cut them into sections.

Marinate the pork
Put the pork into a bowl, mix well with 1 teaspoon of seasoning, half of the minced garlic, and half a teaspoon of ground pepper. Marinate for about 10 minutes to let the pork absorb the seasoning.
