Melt the chocolate
Chop the unsalted butter and chocolate into small pieces. Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil.
Put a large glass bowl over the pot, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water, then add the chopped butter and chocolate, and melt using steam until the butter and chocolate blend together and become smooth, then remove and let it cool completely.
Note: Do not melt the chocolate too long on the stove, or it will separate.

Mix the batter
Using a mixer, beat 6 eggs and 200 grams of sugar at medium speed until the mixture is well combined and bubbles appear.
Reduce the speed and add the pre-melted chocolate, continuing to beat until the mixture is well blended, then turn off the mixer.
Sift 150 grams of all-purpose flour into the mixture and add a pinch of salt. Use a spatula to mix the batter evenly; when the mixture is soft, smooth, and thicker, stop and prepare to bake.
Note: The chocolate added to the egg mixture must be completely cooled, as adding hot chocolate will cook the protein in the eggs and the mixture will not be smooth anymore.

Baking the cake
Place the cake in a mold lined with a layer of parchment paper. Spread the batter evenly and put it in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius, baking for about 20 – 25 minutes.
Use a toothpick to poke into the center of the cake and pull it out; if the toothpick comes out dry, the cake is done.
After the cake is done, remove it from the mold to cool slightly, then use a knife to cut it into bite-sized pieces.
