  • Peel potatoes and carrots

    Peel the potatoes and carrots and then wash them clean. After that, use a peeler to shred them finely.

    Add into a bowl the potatoes, carrots, chopped green onions, 3 chicken eggs, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/3 teaspoon of pepper. Then, use chopsticks to mix well so that the ingredients absorb the seasoning.
