How to choose fresh and delicious ingredients
How to choose good black tea (black tea)
- You should choose black tea that still has whole leaves and has a reasonable mix of large leaves, small leaves, and stems. The young buds of the green tea plant are the main components that provide flavor and color when brewing tea.
- Good black tea will have a bright reddish-brown color when brewed, releasing a light, fragrant aroma that is pleasant and not too harsh. If the black tea releases a strong scent when brewed, this is a sign that it may have been infused with artificial flavorings.
- The best way to buy delicious black tea is to choose it from reputable sources. In particular, you should choose tea that has a clear brand, origin, and source.
How to choose fresh watermelon
- It is advisable to choose watermelons with a balanced and evenly round head and tail. Watermelons that grow uniformly like this are often fresher, juicier, and sweeter.
- A good watermelon will have a dark green skin, a moderate firmness, and evenly distributed stripes running vertically on the fruit.
- Select watermelons with a yellow or light cream bottom, which indicates that the fruit has been on the ground long enough to ripen evenly.
- Based on the sound when tapping on the watermelon skin. Choose watermelons with a sturdy skin and moderate thickness; when tapped, they should produce a “thump, thump” sound.
- Avoid buying watermelons with green, fresh stems as that indicates they were harvested early. Conversely, you should buy watermelons with wilted stems as that shows they are ripe on the vine and will be sweet.

Wash the watermelon, then peel off the skin and seeds. After that, cut 300g of watermelon flesh into bite-sized pieces.
