Pre-made pancake mix 400 gr (2 packs) Fresh milk 440 ml (2 packs) Chicken egg 1 egg Cheese 50 gr (2 pieces) Cornstarch 2 teaspoons (or rice flour) Sugar 3 teaspoons Salt a little

How to make Doremon cake with egg, milk, and cheese

  • Mix the milk mixture

    Put 160ml of milk, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 3 teaspoons of sugar, and a little salt into a bowl. Stir well to combine the ingredients.

    Next, add 1 egg and 50gr of cheese, and continue to stir well.

    Tip: You should cut the cheese into small pieces to make it easier to dissolve into the mixture.

  • Heat the milk

    Place a pan on the stove, add the milk mixture and stir well over low heat until it thickens.

    Add 400g of pancake mix, 280ml of milk, and a pinch of salt into a bowl, and stir well until the batter dissolves.

  • Fry the cake

    Place a non-stick pan on the stove, turn on high heat to heat the pan.

    Once the pan is hot, reduce the heat, place the pan on a wet cloth for about 10 – 15 seconds to cool it down, then place it back on the stove.

    Add a little batter to the pan, fry the cake over low heat until both sides are golden brown.

    Put a little filling in the center of the cake piece, place another piece of cake on top, and use your hands to press the edges evenly. This method will help spread the filling evenly and bind the cake together.
