- One way to help you choose delicious dried radish is to select the ones that have uniform color, leaning towards yellow.
- Use your hands to check if the dried radish is good by squeezing it. If it feels soft, dry, and emits a natural aroma when squeezed, then it is delicious dried radish.
- Do not buy dried radish that has unusual colors or has turned black, or radish that has an unpleasant smell or is moldy.

How to Prepare Sweet and Salty Dried Radish

Prepare the radish
Add a little salt to a basin of water to soak the radish. Soak the radish for 7 to 10 minutes.
After soaking, use your hands to squeeze the radish. Then take the radish out and transfer it to another basin of clean water. Continue to squeeze and rinse the radish 2 to 3 times with water.
To enhance the flavor of the dish, after squeezing the radish dry, add 5 pieces of seaweed to soak together for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, take the radish out, squeeze it dry, and do not rinse it with water again.

Mix the radish
Add 2 tablespoons of ginger wine and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce to the radish and mix well.
In a small bowl, add 4 tablespoons of chili powder, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of corn syrup, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, then stir well. Next, add the mixed seasoning to the radish and mix thoroughly.
After mixing, add chopped green onions. Finally, add 3 tablespoons of apricot water, mix well one last time, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
