How to choose good dried shrimp

  • You should choose dried shrimp that are naturally orange on the outside and yellowish inside, with colors that are not too vibrant, and without black or white mold.
  • When held, it should feel dry, not too damp because if stored improperly, shrimp can easily mold.

  • Prepare the dried shrimp

    Wash the dried shrimp you bought 2 – 3 times with clean water, then drain.

    Place a pan on the stove over medium heat, add 200g of coarse salt and 20g of whole pepper, and fry for about 3 – 4 minutes until fragrant.

  • Add shrimp
