  • Prepare the ingredients

    You wash the tofu with clean water, drain it, and then use a knife to cut each piece of tofu into 3 equal parts.

    After buying straw mushrooms, you cut off the stems and soak the mushrooms in saltwater for 3 – 5 minutes.

    Then, you rinse the mushrooms with clean water, cut them lengthwise into 2 equal parts, and let them drain.

    For the tomatoes, you also wash them and dice or cut them into small pieces according to your personal preference.

  • Fry the tofu again

    You place a non-stick pan on the stove, add 2 spoons of cooking oil to the pan.

    You turn on the stove and wait until the oil is hot, then add the tofu and fry it again.

    When frying, be careful to time the turning of the tofu. Fry until all 6 sides of the tofu are golden and crispy before removing it.

    You place a pot on the stove, add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil to the pot, then turn on the stove.

    After the sauce boils and thickens, you place the fried tofu pieces into the pot.

    You drizzle 1 tablespoon of soy sauce over the dish and gently stir for 5 minutes to allow the sauce to soak into the tofu. Then, you turn off the heat and prepare to enjoy.
