How to make Durian Cream Cake

Cook durian with milk
First, add 500g of durian, 25g of sugar, and 170ml of unsweetened fresh milk into the pot, turn on medium heat and place the pot on the stove.
Use a flat whisk to stir continuously for about 5 minutes until the mixture is well combined. When the mixture starts to boil, gently shake the pot for about 2 minutes, then pour the durian milk mixture into a bowl to cool.
