How to Store Flan
- Flan can be used for 7 – 10 days if stored properly.
- Avoid placing it near raw foods with strong odors, such as fish or meat, as the flan may absorb the smell and spoil quickly.
- It is advisable to keep the flan in a covered container and store it in the refrigerator. Avoid extremely low temperatures that can cause the flan to dry out and become crumbly.
- Do not store flan at room temperature as it can spoil very easily.
