Fresh oranges 600 gr Cornstarch 30 gr Tapioca flour 30 gr Sugar 40 gr (or 60gr if you like it sweet) Unsalted butter 20 gr Dried coconut 5 gr

Tips for choosing fresh, juicy oranges

You should choose oranges with fresh skin, and when you gently squeeze the skin, you feel oil being released. In terms of color, good oranges will have shiny green skin and feel heavy in hand. Naturally ripened oranges will be slightly yellow at the bottom, while those that are evenly ripe often ripen due to vinegar, which should be avoided.

  • Squeeze the orange

    Cut the oranges in half, then squeeze to get 300ml of pure orange juice.

    Add sugar, tapioca flour, and cornstarch into a pot and mix well. Then place the pot on the stove, slowly pour in the orange juice while stirring until the mixture thickens. Be careful to keep the heat low.
