How to prepare Honey Fried Chicken Thighs

Prepare the chicken thighs
When you buy chicken thighs, use a little coarse salt to gently massage them. Then rinse with clean water and let the chicken thighs drain.
How to clean chicken thighs, reduce odor- When purchasing chicken thighs, sprinkle a little coarse salt over them and let sit for about 2 – 3 minutes.
- Then gently massage for about 1 minute, then apply more pressure for another 3 – 5 minutes.

- Additionally, you can also massage the chicken with a bit of vinegar to eliminate any unpleasant odors.
Pour condensed milk into a glass and add boiling water to it. You should pour the water so that the milk is just enough to cover the chicken thighs. Wait until the milk is slightly warm before soaking the chicken thighs in it.
Soak the chicken thighs in warm milk for about 10 – 15 minutes, then place them on a plate and wait for them to drain.

Put on gloves and gently massage the chicken thighs again to allow the thighs to absorb the seasoning more evenly. If possible, you can also use a fork to lightly prick the chicken thighs to help them absorb the seasoning easily.

Fry the chicken over medium heat for about 25 – 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
