How to prepare Butter Fried Sweet Potatoes

  • Preparing sweet potatoes

    Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into thin rounds.

    To remove excess starch, soak the potatoes in water mixed with 2 spoons of tapioca starch and 2 teaspoons of salt for about 10 minutes. After that, rinse the potatoes several times in water and let them drain.

  • Prepare the sweet potatoes

    First, take 2 sweet potatoes you bought and use a peeler to peel the skin, wash them thoroughly, and let them drain, then use a knife to slice them thinly.

    At the same time, place all the cut sweet potatoes into a bowl of cold water mixed with 2 teaspoons of tapioca flour and 2 teaspoons of salt for about 10 minutes.

    Finally, drain the water, rinse the sweet potatoes a few times with clean water, and let them drain.
