How to make Green Tea Mung Bean Cake

  • Soak mung beans

    First, rinse the mung beans several times, then soak them in water for 3 – 4 hours until soft.

    Next, add the mung beans to a pot with 1 teaspoon of salt, pour in enough water to cover them, and cook over medium heat until the mixture boils.
