Preparing mussels

Wash the ingredients thoroughly and proceed with the preparation as follows:
Cut the green onion into pieces about 2.5cm long.
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into strips.
Chop the mint leaves finely. Cut the basil into strips.

- Cut off the top (stem) of the bell pepper.
- Stand the bell pepper upright, then use a knife to cut down from the bottom to split it in half.
- Then, use a knife to remove the core and seeds from each half of the bell pepper.
