Make butter sauce
Heat a pan on the stove, add 10g of unsalted butter and melt it over medium heat.
Next, add 20ml of orange juice, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and the juice of 1/4 lemon. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
Sear the banana and flambé
