How to make Grilled Coconut Rice Cake using a Multi-Cooker

  • Prepare the coconut filling

    Turn on the multi-cooker, add the grated coconut into the frying pan of the cooker, add 50g of sugar and 2g of salt.

    Stir well for about 10 minutes until the coconut becomes translucent.

    Crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add 45g of sugar, 2g of salt, 180ml of coconut milk, and 17g of melted unsalted butter, and whisk together.

    Next, sift 90g of tapioca flour, 90g of rice flour, and 5g of baking powder into the egg mixture, and continue to whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
