  • Prepare the snails

    Soak the garlic snails you bought in water mixed with salt and lemon for about 1 hour, allowing the snails to expel all the slime and sand. Next, rinse with clean water several times and let drain.

    Peel the garlic, wash it clean, crush it, then finely chop. Remove the stems from the chilies, wash them clean, and let them dry.

    After boiling the snails, take them out and use a fork to extract the snail meat, discarding the liver, cleaning off any sand, then use scissors to cut them into small bite-sized pieces.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius 15 minutes before grilling the snails.

    Place the snail tray in the oven and grill for about 10 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius.
