Prepare the ingredients
Wash the cilantro thoroughly, paying special attention to the sand stuck at the roots, then cut the cilantro in half. Keep the root part intact and finely chop the top part.
Wash the green and red chili peppers, remove the stems, and cut them in half.
Peel the onion and cut it into wedges.
Wash the lemongrass and cut off the root part about the length of one finger.

Grinding Ingredients
