Beef belly 1 kg Green chili 1 piece Red chili 1 piece Cilantro 6 sprigs Lemongrass 2 stalks Shallots 1 bulb Garlic 10 cloves Onion 1 bulb Satay 2 tablespoons Honey 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Fish sauce 3 tablespoons Lemon juice 3 tablespoons Corn syrup 1 tablespoon Common spices a little (sugar/ seasoning/ pepper)

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Wash the cilantro thoroughly, paying special attention to the sand stuck at the roots, then cut the cilantro in half. Keep the root part intact and finely chop the top part.

    Wash the green and red chili peppers, remove the stems, and cut them in half.

    Peel the onion and cut it into wedges.

    Wash the lemongrass and cut off the root part about the length of one finger.

    First, you put 5 cloves of garlic, 1 red onion, 1 stalk of lemongrass, and 3 roots of cilantro into the blender and blend until smooth, calling this mixture 1. Once the ingredients are blended, you transfer them to a bowl and rinse the blender briefly.

  • Mixing Satay Sauce

    You add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of satay, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/3 tablespoon of seasoning powder, and 1/3 tablespoon of pepper to mixture 1 and mix well.

  • Prepare the dipping sauce

    First, you add 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 3 tablespoons of lime juice, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of corn syrup, then stir well until the sugar dissolves.

    Then, you add the mixture along with chopped cilantro into the dipping sauce and stir well.

    You turn on the electric grill, when the grill is hot, place each slice of meat into the pan, spreading the satay sauce evenly on both sides. To prevent the beef from burning, be careful to turn the meat evenly.
