  • Prepare the ingredients

    First, wash 200g of peas with clean water 2 – 3 times, then drain. For the carrot, use a peeler to peel the skin, then rinse directly under the tap water until clean, drain, and then dice using a knife.

    At the same time, place a pot on the stove with 300ml of water and 1 teaspoon of salt, boiling over high heat. When the water boils, add all the peas to cook for 2 – 4 minutes until the peas are soft, then quickly scoop them out into a bowl.

    With the same pot, continue to add the diced carrot and blanch it for about 2 – 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and transfer the carrot to another bowl.

    Once all the ingredients are cooked and tender, season to taste and then turn off the stove, serving on a plate to finish.
