How to make Cream Cheese Milk Bread

Mixing the dough
First, add 3g of yeast, sugar, and 140ml of unsweetened fresh milk into a bowl and mix well. Note that you should keep about 1 tablespoon of unsweetened fresh milk to make the egg milk mixture for brushing the bread when baking.
Next, add the mixture into a bowl containing 300g of flour and mix well until the flour absorbs all the liquid. Then, continue adding 50g of cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
After the ingredients have blended together, take the dough to the table and knead for about another 15 minutes.
Baking the bread
During the dough rising time, prepare the egg wash mixture including 1 tablespoon of fresh milk and 1 egg, then whisk it well.
After the dough has risen, take the mold out and evenly spread a layer of the milk and egg mixture on the surface of the bread. Next, return the bread to the oven and bake at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
You can check if the bread is cooked by inserting a toothpick into the bread; if the toothpick comes out clean, the bread is done.
