How to make Nha Trang mango rice paper

  • Prepare the ingredients

    After purchasing, wash the mango with water, peel the outer skin, and cut out the flesh inside.

    Cut the lime in half, remove the seeds, and squeeze to extract the lime juice.

    Then put all the mango flesh and lime juice into the blender and blend until smooth.

    Tip: If you are making mango rice paper for young children, you do not need to add ginger. Or depending on your family’s taste, you can add a little peeled and minced ginger while blending the mango.
