How to Make Oreo Pudding
-
Make the crushed Oreo layer
Put 8 Oreo cookies (including the cream) into a zip bag and crush them finely, then pour the cookies into a bowl and add 2 teaspoons of melted unsalted butter, mixing well so that the crumbs can stick together.
Evenly divide the crushed cookies into 4 cups, pressing down firmly to shape the cookies in the cups. Then place the 4 cups in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to make the base firmer.
-
Mix the flour mixture and chop the chocolate
Put 2 teaspoons of cornstarch into a bowl and mix with 125 ml of water. Stir well until the starch is completely dissolved.
Then, chop 50g of white chocolate to prepare for the next step.
-
Cook the milk mixture
Boil 250ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir until the sugar dissolves, then add 50g of chopped white chocolate.
Stir well and then add the mixed cornstarch, cooking over medium heat until the milk mixture boils, becomes smooth, and thickens.
Next, add 4 crushed Oreo cookies and mix well. Remove the pot from the heat and let the milk mixture cool slightly.
At this point, take 4 dessert cups from the refrigerator and evenly divide the cooked pudding mixture into the 4 cups.
-
Cook the Chocolate mixture
To make the topping, chop 50g of dark chocolate and mix it with 125ml of whipping cream, heating until the chocolate completely melts.
At this point, evenly pour the melted chocolate over the 4 pudding cups and place a piece of Oreo cookie (without cream) on top to finish.
