How to make Fried Eggs with Sausage

  • Prepare and fry the sausage

    Sausage sliced thinly.

    Place a pan on the stove, wait for the pan to heat up, add 1/2 tablespoon of cooking oil, adjust the heat to low, wait for the oil to heat, then gradually place each slice of sausage into the pan, flipping both sides to ensure the sausage cooks evenly.

    Once both sides of the sausage are beautifully browned, the sausage is cooked; turn off the stove and transfer it to a plate.
