Organic flour 100 gr Instant yeast 2 gr White sesame 10 gr (white sesame) Chia seeds 5 gr Chicken egg 1 piece Vegetable oil 15 ml Green onion 7 gr Salt 1 gr

  • Mix sesame and green onion mixture

    First, put 1 egg, 15ml vegetable oil, 1gr salt, 5gr chia seeds, 10gr white sesame, 7gr green onion into a bowl.

    Next, use chopsticks to stir the mixture evenly.

  • Mixing the dough

    Add 100g of flour and 2g of yeast to the mixture of sesame and green onions, then use your hands to knead the dough into a ball.

    Next, place the dough in a bowl, cover tightly with cling film, and let it rise for 20 – 30 minutes until the dough expands.

  • Shaping the cookies

    Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough, then use a round cutter to cut the dough into equal portions.

    Next, use a fork to poke holes evenly on the surface of the cookies, cover them, and allow them to rise for the second time for 20 – 30 minutes.
