Prepare the chicken
After buying the chicken, wash it thoroughly to remove any unpleasant odor, then let it drain and marinate.

Prepare other ingredients
Peel the turmeric and wash it clean, then put it in a mortar and pound it into a paste. Next, add about half a teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of cooking oil to the mortar and mix the mixture well.
Wash the lemongrass and then cut it into pieces about the size of a finger.
