    Wash the pork leg in a basin, add 2 tablespoons of salt and soak for about 10 minutes.

    To eliminate odors and clean, you should use a knife to scrape off the pig skin, add 3 tablespoons of vinegar to the pork leg, then rinse with water several times, and drain.

    Cut the pork leg in half and make incisions in the middle of the meat for better absorption.
