Prepare and marinate the meat
After purchasing the pork, scrape off all the hair on the surface of the skin, then wash it thoroughly in diluted salt water and rinse well with clean water.
Next, pat the meat dry and marinate it with 1 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 teaspoon of MSG, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 4 smashed stalks of lemongrass, 1 smashed ginger root, and 100g of green onion tops. Remember to massage the meat well so that the seasoning penetrates.

Wrap the meat in banana leaves and aluminum foil
