How to make Guava Plum Juice

Prepare and juice the guava
Young guava should be peeled, washed, then cut into wedges and drained.
Put the cut guava into the slow juicer and proceed to juice the guava. Use a strainer to filter out the pulp and guava residue in the juice.

Mix the green mango juice
Put 50ml of purified water into a shaker (or a tightly sealed cup) along with the juiced green mango, then add 1/5 teaspoon of salt, 30ml of syrup, 3 salted plums, and a little ice cubes, and shake well.
Tip
- Depending on the sourness of the green mango you bought, adjust the amount of syrup to suit your taste.
- To get the syrup at the standard ratio, mix 70ml of purified water with 100gr of sugar.
Then pour the green mango juice with salted plum into a glass and enjoy.
