How to choose fresh and delicious napa cabbage

  • Fresh napa cabbage has a light green color at the top and gradually turns bright white from the stem to the root.
  • Choose those with bright white color, the stems are still firm and tightly rolled leaves.
  • Avoid those that are bruised or have dark spots on the leaves.
  • Do not choose napa cabbage with dark green stems, as these are older, not sweet and crunchy, and have less nutrition than the firmer stems.

How to cook Stir-fried Napa Cabbage with Garlic

  • Prepare the ingredients

    After buying napa cabbage, separate the leaves, then soak them in diluted salt water and rinse thoroughly, and cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

    Peel the garlic, wash it, crush it, and chop it finely. Wash the green onions and cut them into pieces.
