Prepare the ingredients
Wash the chicken eggs with water, then gently crack the larger end of the egg, peel it to create an opening to pour out the yolk and egg white, and rinse the eggshells clean.
After preparing all the eggs, boil the eggshells for about 5 minutes from the time the water boils. Then, take the eggshells out into a basket to drain, and these eggshells will be used as molds for the jelly.
Chop off the roots and wilted leaves of the green onions, then finely chop them.
Clean the fresh shrimp, peel off the shells, and remove the black vein from the shrimp’s back. Wash the broccoli 2 – 3 times in water and cut into small pieces.
Next, bring a pot of water to a boil and add the shrimp and broccoli to cook until done.

Put 1 liter of water into a small pot, slowly pour in the agar-agar while stirring gently to prevent it from clumping. Once all the agar-agar is in the pot, continue adding 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and stir well to dissolve the seasonings.
Let the agar-agar sit for about 10 minutes to allow it to expand, then place it on the stove and bring to a boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Next, evenly divide the ingredients including shrimp, broccoli, and finely chopped green onion into the 10 boiled egg shells prepared earlier. Pour the remaining liquid agar-agar from the stove into the egg shells until they are nearly full.
Wait for the agar-agar in the egg shells to cool completely, then place them in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, until the agar-agar is set and you can take them out, peel the egg shells, and enjoy.
